In the past, warehouse staff compared the delivery note with the actual delivery and then took the delivery note to an administrator. Only then were the goods ready for actual receipt.
Today goods receipt is carried out automatically with the mobile computer. The operator scans the barcode and receives the order information on his mobile computer. He immediately compares and books one position after the other till the delivery is complete. The received material is immediately ready for upcoming processes.

The stock removal process is the same as the stocking process with the goods moved from the warehouse to the production site or the dispatch department.

In addition to capturing all stock movements, the mobile computers have also enabled a permanent warehouse inventory to be set up. The worker chooses an inventory receipt then works through this receipt by scanning the warehouse position and adding the counted quantity.
